• We have no minimum order amounts for orders within our Primary Delivery Area. Please refer to the Frequently Ask Questions section for more detail.
  • Rental Agreements commence on the delivery date for a Rental Period of one month and will be automatically extended on a month by month basis until terminated by either party. The customer may terminate the Rental Agreement at any time by giving at least 5 business days written notice prior to the monthly anniversary date of the initial delivery date.
  • Rental Periods of less than one month will be considered only after the end of the second Rental Period at the sole discretion of Staging & Décor.
  • The initial rental payment is due in full on delivery, and subsequent rental payments will be due in full on the monthly anniversary of the initial delivery date. The customer will make such payments without prior notice, demand, or invoice.
  • Rental payments can be made by using Visa, MasterCard, as well as e-transfers, Bank Drafts or money orders. Non credit card payments need to be received, the day prior to the delivery date or rental payment date. Regardless of the payment method being selected, we require all clients to provide a valid credit card upon signing our Rental Agreement.
  • All past due payments are subject to 3% late fees.
  • The customer is solely responsible for the rented furniture. All items are rented for showcasing only and are not to be used. All items will need to be returned to Staging & Decor in the same condition as they were received. In cases where items are damaged during the rental period (including breakage, tears, staining and odors from cooking and smoking), the customer will be required to cover the cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged items.
  • For health and hygienic reasons, a charge for cleaning each upholstered item will be added when pets and animals are in the property during the rental. Clients can avoid this charge by removing pets from the premises during the rental.
  • The customer or the customer’s representative should be present at the delivery address. The customer or their representative must fully inspect the delivered furniture and note any imperfections on the delivery receipt. The customer or their representative will be required to acknowledge the delivery of the rented items by signing the delivery receipt.
  • If our delivery team is not able to access the property on the scheduled day and time for the delivery or pickup, additional charges will added to the customer’s account.
  • Delivery and Pickup can only be made by Staging & Decor.
  • For the safety of our delivery teams, driveways, paths and entry points into the property must be free of obstructions, snow and ice during delivery and pickups.
  • The rented property cannot be removed from the address to which it has been delivered without the written consent from Staging & Decor.
